Participating manufacturers must offer a financial reward which is split between Canadian Hot Tub Retailer and the respondents as a benefit for their time in responding to surveys. CanadianHotTubRetailer.com will offer the respondents gift cards equal to half of the amount received by the participating manufacturer or distributor.
Retailers are able to choose from an assortment of gift cards.
Participating manufacturers receive a copy of each response as well as the respondents contact information unless the respondent has specified that they would like the response to be anonymous.
Prices are based on the time needed for retailers to answer the survey.
