Enter and exit the hot tub slowly and carefully, wet surfaces can be very slippery (use only the spa front access steps). Use and lock the vinyl cover when the hot tub is not in use (whether it is empty or full). Use the straps and clip tie downs to secure the cover when not in use (lock the cover).
