Your hot tub warranty gives you specific coverage. Be sure to read your warranty carefully. It is your responsibility to be aware of and perform maintenance specific to your hot tub model and environment. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate in contacting your Dealer.
Failure to adhere to regular maintenance procedures will lead to improper water balance which will in turn contribute to the failure of the:
heater element
pump seal
coupling seals
spa pillows

cover

BEFORE CONFIRMING A SERVICE APPOINTMENT:
Have ready the serial # and model of your hot tub your date of purchase, and store receipt.

If it will be necessary to confirm that the electrical installation is in accordance with the Canadian Electric Code Part 1, please be ready to supply the name and telephone number of the licensed electrician who wired your spa.
